Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped using the shipping method that will provide the fastest and most reliable delivery possible. Our product range is broad and therefore we utilize the services of a number of carriers and use the one that is most suitable for your particular product.

As a first measure, please track your package through the carrier using their online interface or by calling their customer service numbers directly. Small Items

Smaller, lighter items are shipped via a carrier such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. Depending on your location, it may take between 1 to 6 business days (slightly longer for USPS) for items to arrive.

Large Items

If your item is too large or heavy to ship in the same manner as small items, we might have to deliver your item by truck. Generally, the driver will call you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. The driver will make 2 attempts to contact you to arrange delivery. It is your responsibility to anticipate delivery attempts. In the event your unavailability causes a delay in shipment, we will not be responsible for such delay. In the event your unavailability incurs storage or increased shipping charges, you will be responsible for these costs which will be charged to the credit card you provided at the time you placed your order. Larger items will be delivered to your driveway. Some trucking companies do offer additional services to provide in home or in office delivery. It is your responsibility to request and pay for these additional services. Please be sure to enter your shipping information correctly when placing your order. Any error in shipping address entered by you, will incur a shipping charge which you will be responsible for.

Whether your item is small or large, you must inspect your package upon delivery. If there is any damage to the packaging, it is your responsibility to note it on the shipment receipt at the time of delivery. It is also your responsibility to assemble any products that come unassembled and to install or connect any items that require installation or hook up.
